Cooked Freshwater Fish

Cooked Freshwater Fish is a food item made by cooking any caught freshwater fish on a Camp Fire or BBQ. The amount produced is based on the fish’s value, so different freshwater fish can yield different numbers of cooked fillets. Since the Summer Sun Update 0.8.0, changes to fish prices affect how much cooked fish is produced.

Cooking takes 12 seconds per fillet on a Campfire and 6 seconds per fillet on a BBQ. Using a BBQ is therefore twice as fast as using a Campfire for the same fish. Because output scales with fish value, it is worth checking which freshwater fish are the most profitable to cook before turning a catch into fillets.
