High Quality Milk is a food item obtained from adult Vombats. To produce it, use a Milking Bucket on an adult Vombat that has a high relationship level. The Vombat must also have been fed the day before, so it is not enough to simply approach an adult animal with the bucket; maintaining the animal’s care over time is part of the process.

This makes High Quality Milk a livestock product tied to animal management rather than a raw gatherable resource. The best way to secure a steady supply is to keep an adult Vombat fed consistently and continue improving your relationship with it before attempting to milk it. Once those conditions are met, the Milking Bucket can be used to collect the milk.

High Quality Milk can also be obtained as possible loot from the Gacha Machine, giving players another way to get it without relying on animal care. Because of that, it may appear both as a planned farm output and as an occasional reward from random acquisition.
