Jackaroo Wand

The Jackaroo Wand is a special mobility item obtainable as a random reward from a Mystery Bag sold at the Night Merchant's Tent on the 19th of each season, late in the evening, starting in Year 2. It is not a craftable tool and cannot be repaired, making each one a finite utility item rather than a reusable upgrade.

Using the wand on the ground creates a whirl wind. If a player jumps into the wind, it launches them upward into the sky, giving access to a strong vertical boost. This makes the Jackaroo Wand useful for reaching high places quickly, crossing terrain more easily, or gaining height for glider use.

A glider can be used while inside the whirl wind for an even greater lift. This combination allows for much more distance and elevation than the wind alone, making the wand especially valuable for travel and situational movement. Because the effect depends on where and how it is used, it is most effective in open areas with enough space to take advantage of the launch.

Since the Jackaroo Wand cannot be repaired, it should be treated as a limited-use convenience item. Players who obtain one may want to save it for movement challenges, high-risk traversal, or moments when a fast vertical escape is useful.
