Vine

Vine is a plant item found growing in the Undergrove. It can be harvested by cutting it down with a tool such as a scythe, axe, chainsaw, or jackhammer.

A piece of Vine can also be buried with a Shovel to create a Creeping Vine, which can then be picked up as an item. This makes Vine a useful material for players who want to collect or move it rather than simply clear it from the environment.

Vine is also used in crafting and other item conversions, with several recipes producing either single units or larger stacks depending on the input. Its main practical use, however, is as a harvestable Undergrove resource and as the source for Creeping Vine.
