Big Fan Hand

The Big Fan Hand is a hunting weapon that can be found in a buried blue chest on Island Reef. It is one of the more unusual melee weapons in Dinkum, and its main appeal is that it can briefly stun targets while you fight them.

Because it can stun, the Big Fan Hand is useful against enemies that are dangerous when allowed to stay on top of you. The stun chance gives it some crowd-control value, letting you interrupt attacks and create a small opening to reposition or finish a target. It is best treated as a combat tool rather than a general-purpose weapon for tasks outside hunting.

Its durability can be restored at the Repair Table, so it is not a disposable weapon once acquired. This makes it practical to keep using after you find it, especially if you prefer weapons with a control effect over ones that focus only on raw damage.
