Flaming Bat

The Flaming Bat is a melee weapon that can be crafted at the Crafting Table after obtaining Hunting Licence Level 3 from Fletch. It can also be found in chests inside treasure rooms in the Deep Mine.

It is a short-range weapon with a fast swing, making it useful for hunting targets that can be kept close. When used from the toolbelt with Left-Click or the Xbox controller X button, it swings in an arc and sets any animal it hits on fire. The fire continues to damage the target for a few seconds, but it is extinguished if the animal enters water or is already in water.

The Flaming Bat is also used as a crafting ingredient for the Alpha Bat.

Its durability can be repaired at the Repair Table.
