Refined concrete

Refined concrete is a paving item used to create walkable surfaces on the ground. It is placed over tiles to form refined concrete flooring, and it can be removed by using the appropriate deconstruction action while holding any kind of path item.

Placement is not limited to a single tile at a time. The area covered when placing refined concrete can be increased or decreased with the placement controls, allowing it to be laid in larger or smaller patches as needed. When refined concrete is placed over another type of path, the previous path is automatically mined up and replaced.

In practice, refined concrete is useful for quickly paving large areas, especially where you want a consistent surface without manually removing older paths first. Because it replaces other path types automatically, it is convenient when upgrading an existing floor layout or changing the appearance of an area without extra cleanup.
