Polluted Ice is a resource element found on the Frozen Ore Asteroid Field in the Starmap. It can be harvested from the map and is notable for having a regeneration rate of 148–443.9 kg/cycle, making it a renewable source rather than a one-time deposit.

Because of that regeneration, Polluted Ice is best treated as a recurring local supply tied to the asteroid field rather than something to stockpile from a single pass. When planning around it, keep in mind that its availability depends on the specific map it appears on, so it is most useful when your colony has consistent access to that asteroid belt.
