Misc.

Valvola di riempimento now shows the green marker on the slider indicating actual water level even when not automated.
Updated Sensors icons to match their new, 1 tile high look.
Updated Fill and Throttling Valves' models.
Added the ability to set custom color to Cancello, Stazione teleferica, Pilone della teleferica and Trave della teleferica.

Bug fixes

Allowed placing Detonator on a Dinamite placed on a Strada.
Resource Counter now correctly sets Include inputs checkbox when using Duplication tools.
