Misc.

• 进水阀 now shows the green marker on the slider indicating actual water level even when not automated.
• Updated Sensors icons to match their new, 1 tile high look.
• Updated Fill and Throttling Valves' models.
• Added the ability to set custom color to 大门, 滑索站, 滑索塔架 and 滑索梁木.

Bug fixes

• Allowed placing Detonator on a 炸弹 placed on a 道路.
• Resource Counter now correctly sets Include inputs checkbox when using Duplication tools.
