Rocket Port Extension

Overview

Rocket Port Extension is a building used with the rocket infrastructure to let Rocket Platforms be placed farther apart than normal. When built adjacent to the side of a Rocket Platform or Rocket Port, it automatically links into the rocket setup. This makes it part of the spacing system for multi-port rocket arrangements rather than a standalone utility building.

Multiple Rocket Port Extensions can be chained together to increase the distance between rocket platforms even further. This is useful when designing larger launch sites or when a rocket needs more horizontal clearance between connected ports. The various Rocket Port loaders and unloaders must still be linked to a Rocket Platform to function, so the extension only affects spacing and does not replace the platform connection itself.

  • Built to the side of a Rocket Platform or Rocket Port to connect automatically.
  • Can be chained to extend the spacing between Rocket Platforms.
  • Required for layouts that need rocket platforms placed farther apart.
