Ovagro Fig is a raw food item that Duplicants can eat directly. It cannot be cooked, and each Fig provides 325 kcal with no food quality bonus. Because it is edible in its harvested form, it functions as a simple emergency or surplus calorie source rather than an ingredient for standard meal preparation.

Beyond duplicant consumption, Ovagro Fig has a few niche uses in ranching and cooking. It can be fed to Lumbs for a renewable material loop, and it is also accepted by Hatches and Sage Hatches as ranch feed. In addition, it can be used in the Gas Range as one of the ingredients for Mixed Berry Pie, alongside Grubfruit, Sleet Wheat Grain, and Megafrond Grain.
