Overview
Metal cutter is an upgrade for the Black Forge. Once placed, it increases the forge’s function as a late-game crafting station by allowing Black forge-crafted gear to be upgraded to higher quality levels.
It was introduced in patch 0.218.15 on May 14th, 2024 as part of the Ashlands update. Like other craft station upgrades, it is meant to be built near the station it improves rather than used on its own.
- It upgrades the Black forge.
