Old Spring

Old Spring is a resource item that can be obtained by breaking Old Barrels, opening Car Relics in the Deep Mine, or digging up treasure while Metal Detecting. It is one of the older mechanical parts found in Dinkum’s salvage and treasure systems, so it is most often collected while exploring ruins, mining, or searching for buried loot.

Several crafting recipes consume Old Spring in combination with other basic materials and Dinks, with some results delivered by mail the next day. Because its sources are spread across salvageable objects and treasure finds, it is worth keeping whenever you come across it rather than selling it off immediately.
