Toilet Paper Holder
Overview
The Toilet Paper Holder is a bathroom building that stores one roll of sanitary paper. It is a simple fixture with no special active behavior beyond providing access to toilet paper, and the paper it uses is single-ply.
To be validly built and placed, a room must contain at least one Toilet and at least one plumbed washing station such as a Sink, Shower, or Hand Sanitizer. The room must not contain an Outhouse or any industrial machinery, and its size must be between 12 and 64 tiles.
