Charging Station

The Charging Station is a piece of equipment used to recharge and repair power tools. It is obtained by commissioning it from Franklyn at Crafting Lab Deed after donating 10 Shiny Discs to unlock his inventions. Once ordered, it arrives in the mailbox the next morning.

To use it, place a power tool onto the station. The tool remains on the charger until it is fully recharged, at which point it falls to the ground and can be picked up again. A tool does not despawn while it is charging, and the Charging Station cannot be picked up during the charging process.

Charging time varies by tool, with recorded times ranging from 120 seconds to 600 seconds. A nearby Solar Panel speeds up the recharge process, making it a useful companion for any setup built around power tools. Because the station is an equipment item rather than a portable recharge method, it is best placed in a convenient, protected spot where tools can be left safely until they are ready again.
