Overview

Copper Bar is a refined metal bar used in crafting. It is made by smelting 5 Copper Ore in a Crude Furnace, Furnace, or Blast Furnace. Depending on the furnace used, the output differs: a Crude Furnace or Furnace produces 1 Copper Bar per batch, while a Blast Furnace produces 2.

Copper Bar can also be obtained without smelting by buying it from John’s Goods, finding it in Wooden Chests inside treasure rooms in the Deep Mine, or receiving it from the Gacha Machine. Copper Ore itself can be gathered from rough soil, which makes Copper Bar one of the early metal resources that can be replenished with regular mining and foraging.

It is one of the basic processed materials in the game’s crafting progression and appears in a wide range of recipes. Because it can be produced in bulk once a furnace is available, Copper Bar is worth keeping on hand rather than selling off immediately. Players who are still building up their workshop will usually want a steady supply for crafting and construction-related needs.

  • Smelting input: 5 Copper Ore
  • Output:
    • 1 Copper Bar from a Crude Furnace
    • 1 Copper Bar from a Furnace
    • 2 Copper Bar from a Blast Furnace
  • Other sources:
    • buy from John’s Goods
    • loot from Wooden Chests in Deep Mine treasure rooms
    • possible Gacha Machine reward
    • Copper Ore respawns on rough soil

For efficient production, it is best to save ore until a better furnace is available, since the Blast Furnace doubles the output from the same amount of input. This makes Copper Bar much easier to stockpile for later projects.
