Keg

The Keg is a brewing station that can be crafted at the Crafting Table after unlocking Brewing Licence Level 2 from Fletch. It is used to turn ingredients into brewed goods, and it is also tied to the Brewmatic milestone for brewing in a keg.

To use a Keg, place the required ingredients inside it and wait for the brewing process to begin. Once brewing starts, the keg will bubble, and when the process finishes the completed product is ejected in front of the machine. Most keg recipes take about 2 days, or 2 sleeps, to complete, though some recipes take longer; the listed brewing times range from 2 days up to 7 days depending on the recipe. The Keg is not affected by the Windmill.

Because brewing takes time, it is practical to set up more than one Keg if you plan to brew regularly or need a steady supply of finished products. This is especially useful when several recipes call for ingredients that themselves must be brewed in a keg first.

The crafting recipe uses 10 of one material and 3 each of two other materials. When placed through Fletch’s Deeds, it requires building materials and takes 2 nights to complete.
