Slingshot

The Slingshot is a ranged weapon used for hunting. It fires stone as ammunition and is one of the simplest weapons for picking off targets from a distance. When equipped, you hold left-click on mouse or press A on an Xbox controller to aim, then release to fire.

It can be found in Wooden Chests inside the Deep Mine, obtained from Gacha Machines, and sold on Jimmy’s Boat when its stock rotates to include it. Its durability can also be restored at the Repair Table, making it a weapon that can stay in use for a long time if maintained.

• Since the Night Market update, projectiles fired by players no longer damage other players or farm animals.
• Its durability is repairable at the Repair Table.
