Mini Fusion Power Plant

The Mini Fusion Power Station is a mid-to-late game power building that generates electricity by consuming Deuteron Fuel Rods. It is a compact fusion-based alternative to earlier thermal power sources and is used when a stable fuel-powered grid is needed without relying on local planetary resources.

Its power output was originally 9 MW, but this was increased to 15 MW in Version 0.8.19.7662. The building can only consume Deuteron Fuel Rods, so it fits naturally into supply chains that already produce or transport hydrogen and deuterium-related fuel products. Because its fuel type is specific, it is most useful in dedicated power networks where Deuteron Fuel Rod delivery can be automated consistently.
