Liquid Rocket Port Unloader

Overview

The Liquid Rocket Port Unloader is a rocket-side transfer building used to unload liquids from a landed rocket. When placed, it automatically connects to the side of a Rocket Platform or another Rocket Port, making it part of the rocket’s cargo handling chain rather than a standalone storage device. Like other rocket port transfer buildings, it only functions while the rocket is landed; rockets must be on the ground to load or unload resources.

Its built-in liquid filters let it route only the intended liquid instead of dumping everything into the connected system. This makes it useful for controlled offloading from liquid cargo storage and for separating liquids when several resource types share the same rocket infrastructure.

  • It requires a landed rocket to operate.
  • It automatically links when built adjacent to a Rocket Platform or another Rocket Port.
  • It includes liquid filtering by default, which helps prevent mixed-resource transfers.
  • It is most useful in rocket bases that use liquid cargo handling alongside other port buildings such as cargo tanks and other resource-specific unloaders.
