Radbolt Reflector

Overview

Radbolt Reflector is a utility building used with radbolts. Its main effect is to alter the path of a traveling radbolt, but it does not improve how efficiently that radbolt survives its flight. In practice, a radbolt takes an additional 0.4 seconds to pass through the reflector compared with normal flight.

Because the reflector does not reduce radbolt loss during travel, it should be treated as a routing or timing component rather than a way to conserve beam quality. If a setup depends on precise delivery timing, the extra delay needs to be accounted for, especially in chains where multiple redirecting devices are used one after another. The delay is small, but it is still a fixed cost that can affect tightly packed automation or generation loops.
