Magnum Ammo Box

Magnum Ammo Box is the basic bullet ammunition used for early combat. It is crafted from copper ingots at low cost, and each ammo box contains 30 rounds. In practice, a box lasts for about 5 seconds of continuous fire, making it a simple and reliable source of extra damage before more advanced ammunition becomes available.

It can be loaded into a Gauss Turret or placed directly into the Icarus mecha for combat. Although Icarus has a basic self-defense laser, Magnum Ammo Box provides additional damage and is the standard early-game upgrade for fighting. It can also be loaded into turrets automatically from a Conveyor Belt, which makes it convenient for sustained base defense. Later, it can be upgraded into Titanium Ammo Box for higher damage.

• Because it is the easiest ammunition to produce, it is worth researching and setting up soon after unlocking Electromagnetic Matrix.
• Proliferating ammo increases the number of shots per box based on the proliferation level’s extra products bonus.
• Its performance is tied to the Gauss Turret and Icarus ammunition slot systems, since those are the main ways it is consumed.
