Omoroth the Sea Titan

Overview
Omoroth the Sea Titan is a boss found in the Sunken Sea and one of the six titan bosses unlocked after powering up The Core. Defeating Omoroth and interacting with their soul grants the Soul of Omoroth, which is required for progression.
Omoroth is summoned by fishing with an Expert Lure equipped in one of the large whirlpools in its arena. The arena generates roughly 650 tiles from The Core, deep in the Sunken Sea. An Omoroth the Sea Titan Scanner can be used to reveal its location on the map. Reaching the Sunken Sea for this fight requires at least 180 Fishing, which can be met with an Octarine Fishing Rod. After Omoroth is defeated, it can only be summoned again once its soul disappears, which takes about 5–6 minutes.
In combat, Omoroth repeatedly spits out a large stream of whirlwinds that travel in a serpentine pattern away from its mouth. After several volleys, it submerges and reappears at another whirlpool before resuming the attack pattern. At the same time, groups of three Omoroth's Tentacles appear around the arena, usually close to the player. These tentacles are different from standard Tentacles: they are melee-only, but they deal extremely high damage and hit harder than the whirlwinds. They automatically despawn after 90 seconds.
Because the whirlwinds are difficult to avoid at close range, ranged weapons are the safest choice for this fight. Staying at a distance makes it easier to react to the projectiles and reduces the danger posed by the tentacles when they spawn near the player. If all players die or leave the area during the fight, Omoroth submerges and must be summoned again with a new Expert Lure.
- Keep distance whenever possible; fighting up close makes the whirlwind pattern much harder to dodge.
- Watch for Omoroth's repositioning between attack cycles, since it will reappear at another whirlpool and continue the assault from a new angle.
- Prioritize survival over damage when the tentacles appear, as their melee hits are significantly more dangerous than the whirlwinds.
- If the fight is abandoned, be prepared to spend another Expert Lure to restart it.
