Snoot Fly

The Snoot Fly is a flying critter native to the Shimmering Frontier. As with other critters, it is not an enemy and can be caught with a Bug Net. Once caught, it becomes an item and can be carried around, making it easy to move or keep for later use.

Because it is a critter rather than a hostile creature, the Snoot Fly follows the same basic handling rules as the rest of the game’s catchable fauna. Players who want to collect critters, tidy up an area, or simply transport one safely can do so by using a Bug Net rather than attacking it. Its flying nature also makes it visually distinct from ground-dwelling critters in the same biome.
