Plane Smelter

The Plane Smelter is an advanced smelting building and item that functions as a faster replacement for the Arc Smelter. It processes materials through clarketech rather than heat, and operates at twice the speed of a standard Arc Smelter.

Plane Smelters are among the most demanding recipes in Dyson Sphere Program, and they are one of only two recipes that use unipolar magnets. Because of that, they sit near the top of the game’s resource chain and are typically treated as a late-game technology rather than a routine production component.
