Overview

The Beaver Statue is a decorative building used by the Iron Teeth to raise the well-being of nearby beavers. It provides an area of effect centered on the statue itself, so it is most useful when placed where beavers already spend time, such as along paths through housing and leisure districts. Like other well-being sources, it contributes to the colony’s overall population well-being and can help push beavers over key thresholds for stat bonuses.

Its area of effect covers a 7x7 square, for 49 tiles total, with the statue occupying the center tile. That leaves 48 affected tiles that can actually be occupied by surrounding buildings, paths, or terrain features. In practice, this makes the statue a compact way to support a dense settlement, especially when you want multiple beavers to benefit from a single decorative structure.

A few practical points:

  • It is an Iron Teeth building and costs 20 Metal block.
  • It fits under a Double Platform.
  • Because the effect is centered on the statue, placement matters more than raw quantity; one well-positioned statue can cover a large chunk of a neighborhood.
  • It is especially valuable when you are trying to reach well-being milestones, since well-being grants bonuses to work speed, growth speed, movement speed, and life expectancy at specific thresholds.

The building was introduced in Early Access, later adjusted in Update 2 to fit under a double platform, and its cost was reduced from 30 to 20 Metal Blocks in Update 7.
