Overview

Lodge is a family housing building used by the Folktails faction. The basic Lodge occupies 2x2 tiles, provides housing for 3 beavers, and costs 12 Timber to build. Lodges are the initial, simple housing option available at game start.

There are several variants of the Lodge with different sizes, capacities, and unlock/build costs. The Mini Lodge is a cheap, compact option sized 1x2 tiles, provides housing for 1 beaver, unlocks at 50 (resource), and costs 5 Timber to build. The Double Lodge is the first two-story housing building; it effectively doubles the basic lodge’s capacity to house 6 beavers total and requires an unlock cost of 150 (resource) and 20 Timber to build. The Double Lodge’s entrance is on the second-floor level, so paths must be planned for upper-level access. The Triple Lodge is the largest Folktails housing option in size and capacity: it covers 3x2 tiles across two stories and houses 9 beavers; its unlock cost is 250 (resource) and it costs 35 Timber to build. Like the Double Lodge, the Triple Lodge’s entrance is located on the second-floor level and requires path planning for elevated access. The Lodge (Mirrored) variant matches the basic Lodge in size, cost, and housing but differs in entrance placement; the mirrored variant’s entrance is on the left side, unlike the standard Lodge.
