Kites

Kites are seasonal event items made during Sky Fest. They are crafted from a Kite Kit received from Fletch, then assembled at the Kite Making Table at the front of the Band Stand. The event lets the player make one kite, so choosing the style and color you want is part of the appeal.

After 11am, talking to Fletch gives the player a Kite Kit and unlocks kite making for the day. The available kite styles are Box, Diamond, and Sled, and each style can be made in a range of paint colors. The listed colors include black, blue, green, orange, pink, purple, red, white, and yellow, with white requiring no paint. Silver and gold are not available for kite colors.

Kites are essentially a customization reward from Sky Fest rather than a regular-use tool. Because only one can be made during the event, it is best to decide in advance which design you want before using the Kite Table. If you are collecting them, the different color and shape combinations make them easy to treat as festival souvenirs.
