Tungsten Wall

Protects structures from enemy projectiles.
Overview

In practical use,
- Place
Tungsten Wall at the outermost line to absorb the first brunt of enemy waves, then back it with repair infrastructure (repair turrets or junctions) and inner weaker walls to stagger enemy damage.
- Combine corners and T-junctions with
Tungsten Wall to create kill zones where turrets can concentrate fire through narrow approach paths.
- Use tungsten walls to shield slow but powerful turrets and conveyors that would otherwise be prime targets; their increased hit points reduce repair frequency and keep key systems online longer.
- Integrate with power and item routing by leaving gaps or using door/bridge blocks where controlled access is needed; avoid placing essential conveyors directly along sustained impact points unless shielded.
- Because
Tungsten Wall consumes a relatively rare resource, favor it for critical chokepoints rather than low-risk filler sections; supplement with cheaper walls for broad coverage.
