Attack Drone
Overview

Compared with Precision Drone, Attack Drone tends to perform better against higher-tier enemy bases. It is useful when the goal is to overpower a difficult Planetary Base even at the cost of several hundred drones. On the other hand, if the base is small enough that around 150 drones can handle it comfortably, Precision Drone is usually the better option because its greater range and mobility make it more efficient for lighter engagements.
- Attack Drone requires
Particle Container and
Processor to manufacture, so production can become constrained by those components.
- In the early phase of interstellar expansion, mass-producing it can create competition for raw materials with Logistics Stations and Logistics Vessels.
- Before switching production over to Attack Drone, check both your factory output and your stockpile levels for all required materials.
- It is best treated as a heavy assault option rather than a default replacement for Precision Drone.
