Cryofluid Mixer

Mixes water and fine titanium powder to produce cryofluid.
Overview
The
It consumes water at 12 per second and titanium at 0.5 per second, while using 60 power per second to produce cryofluid at 12 per second. The recipe takes 2 seconds per cycle. Because the liquid output rate is high relative to the titanium cost, the main limitation is usually not material efficiency but the logistics of supplying enough water, titanium, and power continuously.
In practice, the
- Keep the mixer connected to a reliable power grid; its power demand is significant.
- Feed titanium with conveyors or other item transport close to the building to avoid bottlenecks.
- Supply water with pumps and pipes that can maintain the full 12/s throughput.
- Place it near the industries that consume cryofluid so that storage and transport delays do not interrupt production.
- Because it produces a large amount of cryofluid, excess output storage can help buffer temporary shortages elsewhere in the factory.
The building is most useful when a base is moving beyond early-game materials and needs a consistent local source of cryofluid for advanced production.
