The Cryofluid Mixer is a production building that combines water and titanium into cryofluid, a key late-game liquid used in higher-tier manufacturing and cooling-related production chains. It is one of the basic ways to create cryofluid without depending on map generation, making it an important part of self-sufficient industrial setups.

It consumes water at 12 per second and titanium at 0.5 per second, while using 60 power per second to produce cryofluid at 12 per second. The recipe takes 2 seconds per cycle. Because the liquid output rate is high relative to the titanium cost, the main limitation is usually not material efficiency but the logistics of supplying enough water, titanium, and power continuously.

In practice, the Cryofluid Mixer is best placed in a stable, well-powered production line. Since it needs both a liquid input and a solid resource, it benefits from direct piping and item transport rather than long or crowded supply routes. A steady source of water is especially important, as any interruption immediately stops cryofluid production.

  • Keep the mixer connected to a reliable power grid; its power demand is significant.
  • Feed titanium with conveyors or other item transport close to the building to avoid bottlenecks.
  • Supply water with pumps and pipes that can maintain the full 12/s throughput.
