Kiln is a production building that melts Sand and Lead to produce Metaglass. It consumes electrical power while processing the two input materials and outputs Metaglass at a steady rate as long as required inputs and power are supplied. The Kiln performs a simple conversion rather than requiring a liquid or item byproduct; its operation is defined by fixed input rates, a fixed processing time per cycle, and a fixed power draw.

The Kiln’s behavior and numeric characteristics:

• Inputs: Lead (2 per second) and Sand (2 per second).
• Power consumption: 36 power per second while operating.
• Cycle time: 0.5 seconds per production cycle.
• Output: Metaglass (2 per second).

Because each cycle takes 0.5 seconds and yields Metaglass at the listed rate, the Kiln is suitable for steady, continuous Metaglass production when supplied with the listed item inputs and the required electrical power. Ensure conveyor or routing systems provide the stated input rates; if either input falls below its required rate or the power supply is insufficient, the Kiln’s output will drop accordingly.
