Rowhouse

Rowhouse is an unlockable housing building available to the Iron Teeth. It is the cheapest unlockable housing option for that faction, with an unlock cost of 180. The standard rowhouse occupies a 2x1 ground footprint and rises three stories high, making it narrower and taller than the barrack. Because of its narrow design, a single rowhouse provides 5 housing slots. Its build cost is 20, which makes it economical: for the price of one barrack a player can construct two rowhouses, save two tiles of ground space, and accommodate the same number of Beavers (ten) across the two buildings.

A Large Rowhouse is the upgraded variant. The Large Rowhouse is unlocked at 600 and requires 35 to build. It keeps the same 2x1 ground footprint but is one story taller at four stories, increasing vertical housing capacity. The Large Rowhouse provides 8 housing slots, allowing more Beavers to live in the same area of ground space compared with the standard rowhouse.
