Wild Rooster

The Wild Rooster is a wild animal found in the tropics. Like other wildlife in Dinkum, it can be interacted with in a few different ways depending on the player’s goal: it can be domesticated with a Domesti-Crate or captured with an Animal Trap.

Because it is a tropical creature, players looking for one should focus their search there rather than in other biomes. Once found, the Wild Rooster can be handled as part of the game’s animal collection and ranching systems. Using a Domesti-Crate turns it into a domesticated animal, while an Animal Trap allows it to be captured instead. Both approaches make it possible to move the animal away from the wild and manage it more deliberately.
