Overview

Doggo is a tamed Diggo in Dinkum. It is obtained by placing a Doggo Collar on a wild Diggo, which can be found in bone dens in the Bushlands and Desert. If the tall rocks that form the den are destroyed, the spawn point is removed, so keeping the area intact matters when looking for more Diggos.

Doggos are passive by nature, but they will defend themselves with a lunging bite when attacked. They have a larger health pool than many other animals, which makes them harder to threaten unless they are repeatedly exposed to strong predators. A whistled Doggo will begin following the player, and a glow above its head indicates that it is in follow mode. Petting it stops the follow command, after which it sits for a short time before returning to normal behavior. To keep one safe, it can be told to stay behind a fence or other safe barrier.

  • Doggos can be purchased from Animal Shop Deed, along with a kennel and a dog bowl.
  • At night, they sleep in the kennel and eat from the doggo bowl.
  • They can also eat certain dropped items.
  • If a Doggo dies, it drops a Doggo Collar, Raw Meat, and Bone.
  • If the collar is sold, it is returned to the mailbox.
  • Known appearances include blue heeler, border collie, German shepherd, Jack Russell, and poodle variants, while Diggos in the wild also appear in black, brown, and white.
