Frilly

Overview
The Frilly is a wild animal in Dinkum. It is a defensive creature that will react aggressively when threatened, making it one of the more dangerous small animals to approach in the wild. In combat, Frillies use a bite attack and a short-duration area-of-effect lightning attack, and they are very quick, often dashing toward their target once engaged.
Frillies are usually only threatened by strong predators, such as the Croco. Diggos will also attempt to hunt them, but they are often killed very quickly by the Frilly’s lightning attack. Because of their speed and explosive counterattack, Frillies are best treated as a high-risk hunt rather than a simple open attack.
When killed, a Frilly can drop Bone and/or a Thunder Sac. These materials make them a useful target for players who need combat drops from wild animals. The Thunder Sac is the notable reward associated with the Frilly’s electrical attacks, while Bone is a more general animal drop.
For hunting, the various forms of the spear are among the most versatile weapons to use against Frillies. Their quick movement and close-range retaliation make them harder to handle with less adaptable weapons, so reaching them safely and striking before they close the distance is important. Because they can dash directly toward a target, keeping control of spacing matters more than simply having high damage.
