Vertical Power Shaft

Overview
Vertical Power Shaft is a Solid building used to transmit power vertically upward in Timberborn. It functions differently from the
The Vertical Power Shaft must be placed where an upward connection is needed because no other power component provides vertical upward connectivity. When a powered building requires a connection to its underside, the Vertical Power Shaft provides the necessary interface between the power network and that underside input. Its solidity distinguishes it from non-solid shafts or conduits that may allow lateral or downward routing but do not permit upward linkage.
- Vertical Power Shaft is Solid and designed specifically to route power upward.
- It is the only building that enables vertical upward electrical connections.
- It is required to connect power to the underside of powered buildings.
Practical notes: place Vertical Power Shafts where upward routing is necessary or where a powered building’s underside must receive power. Because it is the singular upward connector, plan vertical runs in advance to ensure powered buildings positioned above other structures can receive power. Use Vertical Power Shafts for stacking powered components vertically or for reaching the bottom connection points of machines that accept power from below.
